Daycare Specialist

Base salary: from 7.500.000đ/month. With allowances, commission and bonuses, total pay is about 9.000.000đ – 10.000.000đ/month.

What you'll do

Lead 1v1 enrichment sessions and run the playpens, including busy, high-energy groups.
Teach with force-free, positive-reinforcement (R+) methods. We never hurt or frighten a dog.
Coach our Assistants on the floor with clear, respectful feedback.
Tell parents about their dog's day, clearly and honestly.
Keep the daily log and join video reviews of sessions, so the whole team keeps improving.

What we look for

Hands-on experience handling dogs, and calm judgement when a group gets busy. Safety comes first.
A real commitment to force-free methods: no pain, no fear, in any situation.
Clear, polite communication with parents and teammates, including when a parent is unhappy.
You follow our procedures (SOPs), welcome feedback and keep learning about dogs on your own.
Able to work one of two day shifts: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00.
Nice to have (not required): English for talking with parents.

Daycare Assistant

Daycare assistant

Base salary: from 6.000.000đ/month. With allowances, commission and bonuses, total pay is up to about 7.200.000đ/month.

What you'll do

Keep the playpens and facility clean, safe and hygienic. About 70% of the job is cleaning, so we want you to know that up front.
Watch the dogs in the playpens and help keep play calm and safe.
Prepare and serve each dog's meals by our procedures, with nothing missed or mixed up.
Depending on your shift: morning drop-offs, dog walks, evening pick-ups and the end-of-day reset.
Fill in the daily log accurately.
Learn on our 3-month training program: hygiene, playpen safety, reading dog body language and basic group handling.

What we look for

Punctual, reliable and honest, including when you make a mistake.
Happy with physical, hands-on work in the tropical heat.
You follow our procedures (SOPs) carefully, every time.
Open to feedback and keen to learn.
Able to work a Monday–Sunday rota in one of four shifts (7:00–16:00, 8:00–17:00, 9:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00), with at least 1 day off a week and at least 1 Sunday worked a month.
Nice to have (not required): experience with dogs.
