Waiver of Liabilities

Parties Involve:

Service providers: Woofie's Pal.

The Owner: owner, guardian, or pet(s) representative.

Pet(s): pet(s) belonging to the owner stated above.

Overview:

Woofie's Pal is a pet(s) care and pet(s) training service provider. Our services will involve your pet(s) interacting and socializing with other pet(s) in a shared environment, indoors or outdoors. The results of the training process for training services are based on your efforts and that of Woofie's Pal trainer. In addition, we also provide 1-on-1 services to you and your pet(s), which may include us coming to your residence under your permission.

Woofie's Pal always tries to limit and eliminate risks that affect the health and safety of your pet(s). However, during the use of Woofie's Pal services, risk factors can still occur such as (but not limited to) scratches, bites, loss or damage to property, illness, etc. We are always developing to use newer and safer methods to care for and train your pet(s).

Limited Liabilities

You agree to indemnify and hold Woofie's Pal harmless from all liability including the owners, employees, partners, and affiliates if your pet(s) is lost, injured, or your home is damaged, lost, or stolen without any negligence on the part of Woofie's Pal.

You understand and agree to be fully responsible for any damages that you or your pet(s) may cause to anyone during the use of the service. Damages to parties including but not limited to Woofie's Pal, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, facilities, humans, or other pet(s)s that are not due to any negligence on the part of Woofie's Pal. You agree to pay and/or reimburse the cost of any and all damages, medical care, veterinary care, and other services that Woofie's Pal may incur.

You understand and agree that in the event of an incident due to Woofie's Pal's negligence. Woofie's Pal's liability will not exceed the amount of VND 4,600,000 (four million six hundred dong).

In cases of emergencies, Woofie's Pal will notify you as soon as possible. You agree and authorize Woofie's Pal to act on your behalf in the best interest of your pet(s). Including the use of veterinary services (as designated by you, or selected by Woofie's Pal) necessary to protect the health and safety of your pet(s). You agree to pay or reimburse the cost of any and all necessary and reasonable veterinary services or other services that Woofie's Pal may incur.

In the event of undesirable behavior, including, but not limited to, aggressive behavior toward people or other pet(s), destructive behavior, etc... Woofie's Pal may isolate your pet(s) by placing it in a separate kennel. If this does not resolve the issue, Woofie's Pal will notify you to pick up your pet(s).

Woofie's Pal will contact you close to the supposed pick-up date and on the pick-up date to confirm the time of your pet(s)' return. If there are any changes, please notify Woofie's Pal. Suppose Woofie's Pal has contacted you but proven unsuccessful, and you have not responded within 14 days of the supposed pick-up date. In that case, Woofie's Pal will consider the pet(s) to be deserted and Woofie's Pal will actively seek a new, suitable foster home for your pet(s). A transcript of records, information, and transactions of adoption progress will be kept and sent to you. If you contact Woofie's Pal again after 14 days, we will require you to pay for all costs and any additional costs that your pet(s) may have incurred. If your pet(s) has been adopted, Woofie's Pal will provide a copy of the transaction between Woofie's Pal and the new owner.

You understand and agree that Woofie's Pal trainers will always make every reasonable effort to provide training sessions, information, and exercises to help you achieve your desired training results.

You understand and agree that the success of your pet's training will depend on several factors beyond Woofie's Pal's control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, your pet's ability and interest, and the owner's commitment and dedication to training. In case your pet(s) don't reach a satisfactory level of training, Woofie's Pal will not be held responsible, unless it is due to Woofie's Pal's negligence.

You understand and agree that when your pet(s) use Woofie's Pal services, your pet(s) will be subject to photography and film. Products formed from images and videos taken/recorded while using Woofie's Pal services may be used for Woofie's Pal's advertisement purposes.

You have inspected the Woofie's Pal facilities and believe that the facilities are safe enough to contain your pet(s). Suppose your pet(s) escapes, jumps, or climbs over any gate or fence. In that case, you agree to release Woofie's Pal, the owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from all liabilities and agree to pay for any damages to pet(s), people, or other property.

Do you agree to the terms above?

You understand the risks, terms, and conditions stated above. You freely and voluntarily enter into this agreement, including releasing and defending Woofie's Pal from any liability. This Agreement shall be effective for all current and future use of Woofie's Pal Services. Any changes to this Agreement must be agreed to in writing by both parties. This Agreement is complete and I agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
